1. Coaching sessions are $150 per session. If you pay for 6 months upfront you will receive a HUGE discount and will only pay $115 per session (applies only to those booking once or more per week sessions)

2. Coaching services are not yet covered by any insurance company. This is not something I have control over. Contact your insurance company if you have any additional questions

3. Each coaching experience is different. During our first session we will put together a customized coaching plan that works for you!
